Today's Choice for Tomorrow's Future

Hello Economics Students and Parents:

First of all, I hope you are all well and healthy.  This has been an unprecedented situation, but we will be able to work our way through this together and get you successfully through the course.

1. I will host virtual "office hours" every school day from 8am to 11am.  During this time, I will be available to assist students via email, phone, or video conference.

2. Video conference will be conducted through Zoom.  More information on how to set that up will follow soon.

3. For any students that earned less than a 50% grade in the 3rd nine weeks, I will provide an opportunity to complete remediation work to pull the grade up to a 50%.  Details on this opportunity will be available in two weeks.

For Economics with Financial Literacy students (“Regular” Economics): Your course will be conducted through Edgenuity.  You’re expected to log in every day, and complete at least one assignment a day.  It’s vital that you set aside time in your schedule to work on this course EVERY DAY, as it is required for your diploma.

For AP Macroeconomics students: We will continue your course on Google Classroom.  I am going to post new versions of the Unit 4 PowerPoints with narration.  You’ll continue taking quizzes on AP Classroom.  I’m also going to assign Jacob Clifford videos for you to watch.

Please stay safe, follow social distancing protocols, and be ready to get your academics taken care of.  We are going to get through this as a team, and I look forward to working with all of you!
