Have you heard we got a "dog"?! Look at what the Advance Manufacturing Program has added for students to use and code. Meet B. Eagle!

Attention future Eagles!

This past Saturday, our South Lake Robotics teams - Pantheon, Cyborg Titans, The OG’s, and BlueShift - took on the competition at Apopka High School, and they did not disappoint!
An incredible three out of four teams powered their way into the Elimination Bracket, with BlueShift battling all the way to the finals and finishing as tournament finalists!
Outstanding teamwork, strategy, and innovation were on full display by SLHS. Great job to all our teams and a huge shout-out to Coach Vargas for leading the charge!

Congrats to our Eagles of the Week!

At Lake County Schools, we are proud to offer students faster routes to college and career through dual enrollment, Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, Cambridge AICE, AVID, and many other programs. We are very excited to announce that SLHS has been recgonized for the 2025 AP Scholar Honor Roll for developing an AP program that creates a college-going culture and gives students opportunities to earn college credit and to maximize their college outcomes.
Over the Holiday break, Team 14141X - BlueShift Robotics competed in a Signature Event in Orlando against over 70 teams from around the world!
The team did really well for their first signature event, peaking at 7th in qualification matches. Due to technical issues in some matches, they did not make the elimination rounds but still came out with the Sportsmanship award, which highlights BlueShift’s respect, integrity, and positive attitude on and off the competition field. Great job, Austin, Josiah & Levi!
