ATTENTION SENIORS NEEDING TO COMPLETE THEIR SENIOR SPACE PAINTING:
We will be holding one last painting session this coming Friday, Sept. 18th, from 7:30 am until 10:30 am. All painting must conclude by 10:30 am to allow time for it to dry before afternoon weather arrives. Students will follow the same parking procedures for painting used on the previous Saturdays by using Gate 4 to enter campus and park in the lower lot. For those wishing to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact Mr. Thompson and let him know.
Tickets are now on sale for Homecoming from September 8, 2026, through October 16, 2026, or until tickets sell out.
Out-of-school guest forms will be available for pickup in Ms. Lewis's room (17-125) or Ms. Fisher’s room (01-208) starting September 8, 2026, before and after school and between classes only.
In-School guest form can be found on the student hub through Classlink.
Guest forms should be returned or submitted to Ms. Lewis no later than October 12, 2026,. No guest forms will be accepted after 10/12/26.
Remember that in order to attend you must have no out of school suspensions, no more than 5 unexcused absences, and all fines paid. No refunds will be given for any reason.

The Florida Department of Education and Volunteer Florida invite all K-12 Florida students to participate in the 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month contests. Grade level meetings are complete! During the grade level meetings the guidelines for HOCO, dress code, attendance, and cell phones were reviewed with students. Don't forgot picture day is September 15th for 11th, 10th, and 9th graders. The Class Sponsors have included a flyer about class dues and t-shirts. Thank you to everyone for a great start to the new school year!

The theme of the 25-26 ceramic mural was flowers native to Central Florida. Every student who is enrolled in ceramics creates one part of each collective artwork. Great work Eagles!

Congratulations to the South Lake Boys and Girls Varsity Bowling Teams!
Both teams opened the season Tuesday night with big wins over crosstown rival Lake Minneola!
The Boys team is off to a 1–0 start, led by an incredible 290 from Collin Linde followed closely by Thomas Owen with a 269!
The Girls team also picked up the win to start the season 1–0, led by Cali Sanderlin with a team-high 156 and Leah Fullerton with a 145!
Fantastic start, Eagles! Keep up the great work and good luck the rest of the season!
